To provide that, these policies are in place - not as a penalty, but to protect valuable time, keep things running smoothly and ensure everyone receives great service.

I understand that life can be unexpected, that schedule changes happen and rescheduling or canceling may be unavoidable at times. In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel all or some of the services you have booked, a minimum of 48 hours is required. Please know that I take your appointment time very seriously, I am an independent business and my time is reserved especially for you. I hope you can understand that when you cancel, reschedule or cancel a portion of your scheduled services without enough notice or forget about it all together, I miss the opportunity to fill that spot and other clients miss the opportunity to receive services. If you frequently need to reschedule your appointments I kindly ask that you don’t book more than a week in advance.
If you cancel, reschedule or make changes to services booked:
- less than 48 hours in advance - you will be charged 50% of scheduled services
- 24 hours or less in advance or fail to show - you will be charged the full amount of scheduled services
In the event that you have to cancel less than 48 hours in advance, every attempt will be made to fill your spot. If I am able to, I am happy to waive the fee.
Multiple Late Cancellation and No-Shows
If you fail to show and/or cancel less than 48 hours in advance 2 or more times, you will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to book any future appointments. Additionally, you may be required to pay for your appointment at the time of booking.
I recommend and welcome pre-booking your appointments. Staying on a regular schedule with your services ensures the best results in your investment. Pre-booking guarantees your preferred time slot; however, if you find it hard to regularly keep these appointments and find yourself rescheduling them often, I kindly ask that you book your appointments on an as-needed basis instead of holding the spot for several weeks as I am turning other clients away and may lose the opportunity to fill that spot. I hope you understand this causes my business to lose money. If this becomes a habit, you may be restricted from booking your appointments more than a week in advance.
I understand that there can be circumstances beyond your control at times and running late may be unavoidable. If this happens, I will do my best to accommodate your scheduled services; however, I may have to shorten your appointment to avoid running late for the next client. If this happens you will still be charged for the full amount of services booked.
Deposits are required for first time clients and clients with multiple cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. Once your appointment has been accepted we are not able to process a refund should you need to cancel. Please keep this in mind when requesting your appointments If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, make sure to do so before the 48 cancellation window. If you do so, you deposit will be applied towards your next appointment. If you cancel after the 48 hour window, your deposit will be applied towards the cancellation fee.
Keeping Track of Future Appointments
As a courtesy, reminder emails, text and push notifications (with the VAGARO app and account) are automatically sent 72 hours and 24 hours in advance; however, technology isn't perfect. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointments. For your convenience, you can easily check your upcoming appointments using your VAGARO account online or through the app. You are welcome to get in touch with me as well (email is best).
I want you to be happy with your treatments. If for some reason you are not, please contact me within 7 days so I can make it right. Services are not refundable.

It is important that you understand timing is key for the best results. Your sessions will be booked with that in mind and any disruption/delay to that may effect the outcome. The standard cancellation policy applies to all package appointments. Packages are not refundable.
Memberships are offered on certain services at a discounted price and must be used before the end of the membership period. Sessions do not carry over. Any unused sessions remaining at the end of the membership period are forfeited.

Return and Refund Policy
I want you to love your products! I provide samples whenever possible and recommend that you try them out before buying to ensure your satisfaction. Products and services are non-refundable. If you are not happy, please contact me as soon as possible so we can troubleshoot usage.
Anyone under the age of 18 must have approval or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
I love kids and enjoy meeting yours, but a spa can be a dangerous place for little ones. There are numerous safety concerns to take into consideration. Children that are able to sit patiently are welcome to join you for your appointment. If your child is at a stage where this is challenging for them, I understand, but I have to kindly ask that you make other arrangements for them during your appointment. For everyone's safety, if a situation arises where safety becomes a concern for anyone, I will have to end your appointment early. In the event that this happens, you will be charged the full amount of services booked.
Glow Skincare Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items. I recommend that you come in for your facial appointments free of earrings and necklaces as you will need to remove them for the treatment.
