Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule or cancel all or part of your scheduled services.
I am an independent business, my time is reserved especially for you. I want to provide you with the best service possible.
To provide that, I have policies in place - not as a penalty, but to protect valuable time that is lost when appointments are cancelled without enough notice or frequently rescheduled.
If you cancel or reschedule less than:
48 hours in advance - you will receive an invoice for 50% of your scheduled services;
24 hours or less - you will receive an invoice for 100% of scheduled services.
I am happy to waive cancellation fees if I am able to fill your spot
Invoices must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
If you frequently need to reschedule your appointments I kindly ask that you don’t book more than a week in advance to minimize the loss this causes.
Late Arrivals:
Late arrivals shorten our time together and effect the results of your service. I will do my best, but may have to cut your service short to avoid running late for the next client. If so, you are responsible for the full cost of services booked. I value my time with you and hope you do as well.
